WPP Media Summer Intern Program - Shape Your Future in Digital Advertising with WPP Media!
Program Overview
Dive into the dynamic world of digital advertising with WPP Media's intensive 2-month Summer Internship Program. Designed to equip you with practical skills and industry knowledge, this program provides you with a unique platform to understand how advertisers track internet signals in the digital realm through hands-on experience in Ad Operations. You will also have the opportunity to hone your skills and deepen your knowledge in a specific area – either Programmatic or Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
The Internship Journey
Week 1: Welcome & Orientation
Your journey begins with an orientation week where you will meet your dedicated team and gain an overview of the latest media and digital landscape. You will also start your e-learning journey, covering essential knowledge in Ad Operations, Programmatic, Search, and Social.
Weeks 2-3: Building Foundations in Ad Operations
During these weeks, your focus will be on developing a solid foundation in Ad Operations. You will immerse yourself in this critical area of digital advertising, learning about the processes and tools used to track internet users and manage online advertising campaigns.
Weeks 4-8: Start the Specialization in Programmatic or SEO
As you continue to support and contribute to Ad Operations, you will begin to build your knowledge and skills in a specialized area - either Programmatic or SEO. This stage of the internship allows you to apply your foundational knowledge in a focused context, deepening your understanding and expertise in the specialty. By the end of the program, you will gain comprehensive hands-on experience in both Ad Operations and the specialised area:
- Develop and set up campaigns from scratch
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance
- Prepare campaign performance analysis and reports
- Gain technical skills through lecture-led and on-the-job training

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for passionate Year 3 or 4 students with a keen interest in digital advertising and marketing. If you are eager to learn, love a challenge, have attention to detail, numerical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, and can read Traditional Chinese, we'd love to hear from you.
