Pay Rate: £30 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join an esteemed client's Community Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will
- Deliver holistic, strengths-based support to individuals with severe mental health conditions, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a caseload under the Care Program Approach, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
- Apply social work values and ethics to drive social justice, human rights, and equal opportunities for individuals with mental health challenges.
- Support risk enablement and positive risk-taking, using legal and statutory knowledge to mitigate preventable harm.
- Maintain a reflective practice, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and solution-focused approaches.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
