This position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist PM to communicate with customers, such as special packaging technical requirements, shipping marks, packing list and transportation plans, etc. Respond to customer questions.
- Confirm technologies of packing and shipping in the bidding phase.
- Booking and loading management: timely arrange cargo booking according to the results and shipping plan that communicated with customers. Control shipping cost. Manage packing plan and loading plan;
- Prepare PL for export declaration and prepare shipping documents and certificates.
- Sales order and warranty period materials export shipment management
- Settlement and management of shipping and loading costs. Manage and confirm shipping and loading charges, implement settlement process.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in logistics or export trade is preferred
- Proficient in reading, Oral and writing English and office software
- Careful, outgoing and proactive communication skills and continually study ability
- High responsibility and certain ability to withstand pressure
- More than 3 years working experience is preferred
