Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join the Entity Governance & Compliance team within Tax, where you will work with specialists in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and project coordination. You will collaborate with colleagues in Luxembourg and abroad, while interacting regularly with lawyers, notaries, banks and other stakeholders in an international environment.

What your role will look like

As an Associate in Entity Governance & Compliance, you will help clients maintain strong corporate governance practices and meet their regulatory obligations throughout the lifecycle of their entities. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation, compliance and governance of Luxembourg-based structures while giving you exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and projects.

  • Coordinate and support company liquidation processes for group and fund structures.

  • Prepare and maintain corporate governance documentation to support key business decisions.

  • Contribute to the organisation and execution of board of directors’ meetings and general meetings, ensuring high-quality documentation and follow-up.

  • Monitor regulatory obligations, including filings, publications and business permit requirements, to help clients remain compliant.

  • Build effective working relationships with lawyers, notaries, banks and domiciliation agents to facilitate corporate governance activities.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across PwC practices in Luxembourg and internationally to deliver coordinated solutions to clients.

Your growth and opportunities

Develop your expertise in Luxembourg corporate governance, compliance and entity lifecycle management through hands-on client work. Gain exposure to a variety of structures, stakeholders and projects while progressively taking ownership of more complex assignments. You will also have access to technical and professional development opportunities to strengthen both your legal and interpersonal skills.

The skills you bring

  • Master’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.

  • Fluent German (mandatory) and a good command of English; French is considered an asset.

  • Corporate governance and corporate documentation experience or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Ways of working

  • You analyse information methodically, draw clear conclusions and apply sound judgement when addressing governance and compliance matters.

  • You collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes and maintain strong working relationships.

  • You actively seek opportunities to learn, apply feedback and broaden your knowledge in a changing environment.

  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.
