Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, you will help run team ceremonies, maintain roadmaps, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with engineering managers and subject matter experts to define scope, manage resources, and sequence work for optimal execution. Clear communication is essential, as you will handle updates, run effective meetings, and present timelines, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Support enterprise-level projects, including work related to regulatory frameworks such as SOC.

  • Take ownership of deliverables, drive clarity, and ensure all teams stay aligned.

  • Work closely with a newly hired SOC subject matter expert within the program.

  • Maintain high standards of communication, confidence, and teamwork to align with the client’s culture.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant project or program management experience (not suitable for new graduates).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Confident communicator who can lead discussions, provide clarity, and drive outcomes.

  • Basic technical understanding is helpful but not required; ability to work with engineering teams is important.

  • Interest in payments, compliance, and regulatory work.

  • Experience with Agile delivery (sprints, releases, dependency management, backlog work).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) is a plus.

  • Understanding of risk management principles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2.1 or higher degree (subjects such as STEM with a Finance minor, Law with Tech & Finance minor, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting are ideal).

  • Strong technical and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hunger to learn, grow, and upskill in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort working with interface specifications, APIs, and performing related data mappings.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Agile teams and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Independent thinking, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.
