Salary Range:

To scale our current impact, ASU Prep is advancing a major expansion program taking fundamental responsibility for the communities we serve.The Global and Digital Registrar is responsible for the oversight and execution of student records management, including enrollment, accuracy, funding eligibility and compliance with regulatory reporting for ASU Preparatory Digital and Global schools. This role ensures data integrity while managing registrar operations within the Student Information System (SIS).
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency; Associate’s Degree preferred
1-3 years of experience working with student information system data, reconciling and troubleshooting, maintaining student records; experience with Infinite Campus is a plus.
Demonstrates excellent reading, writing, computation, analytical, technology and communication skills.
Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish is a plus.
Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure correct use of Actions vs. Edit Information workflows to preserve historical logs and audit trails.
Conduct or oversee periodic enrollment, classification, and funding audits.
Resolve escalated data discrepancies and compliance exceptions.
Data accuracy on withdrawal or reinstatement actions with funding or reporting impact.
Coordinate with Global Admissions for missing or required documentation prior to status changes.
Maintains student information system and performs routine enrollment audits.
Adheres to policies and procedures relating to the management of student information.
Supports AZ State Reporting processes such as, but not limited to, resolving reporting errors and data analysis.
Participates in both online and in person events and activities.
Assists with policies and procedures relating to the management of student information.
Collaborates with the Network Office to perform compliance structures and assists with annual financial audits.
Analyzes and identifies issues, potential risks to the organization. develops alternative solutions, recommends and implements. an effective course of action while exercising good judgment and commitment to fairness and honesty.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences. Locations may vary and may require overnight stays.
