How you’ll make an impact

Partner with business teams to understand problems, identify information needs and build reports, dashboards and queries that support data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you’ll be part of an Agile delivery environment that connects business insight, product analysis and data visualization. Working with business partners, peer business intelligence analysts, data developers and other IT teams, you’ll help define requirements for data access layers and turn available data into practical, trusted reporting solutions.

We’re looking for a collaborative, analytical problem-solver who can turn business questions into meaningful data insights. You’re comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear reporting requirements, data access needs and dashboard solutions. You bring strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, paired with curiosity, attention to detail, and a product mindset that help deliver high-quality business intelligence outcomes.

If you have strong reporting experience, enjoy building dashboards that make data easier to understand, and can move confidently between business conversations and technical delivery, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business problems, identify information needs and translate them into clear reporting, dashboard and data requirements
  • Build and enhance reports, dashboards and queries that surface key insights and support better decision-making across the business
  • Collaborate with data developers and IT teams to define data access layer needs, clarify source data requirements and support practical, scalable reporting solutions
  • Facilitate problem and solution discussions with business stakeholders, product teams and IT partners to align on requirements, trade-offs and delivery outcomes
  • Support investigation, analysis and response to reporting issues, data defects or incidents, ensuring high-quality solutions before release

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in business, finance, marketing, commerce, information technology, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least four years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, product analysis, business analysis, data analysis or a related role
  • Hands-on experience building or enhancing reports, dashboards, queries or data visualizations using business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements, including translating business needs into user stories, data requirements, reporting specifications or solution options
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs, constraints and data challenges to identify practical solution options
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical, data and reporting concepts in clear business language for varied stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, product stakeholders, peer analysts, data developers and IT teams in an Agile delivery environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality reporting and business intelligence solutions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS QuickSight or other AWS data and reporting services
  • Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SAS or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with data access layers, data models, data sets or reporting pipelines in partnership with data development teams
  • Experience in a financial institution, agriculture finance, lending, product delivery or technology-enabled business environment
