Job Description:

The Professional Medical Education Experienced Analyst’s primary role is support the education projects and expand the reach of Professional and Medical Affairs support within South Latam.

This will be achieved by:

• Execute the educational plan for optimizing customers and key influencers awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision portfolio throughout educational programs aligned with the business needs and its priorities.

• Teaching ECPs and Distributors how to communicate and understand better scientific informations about the Surgical Vision equipment's, using a benefit driven strategy.

• Work with KOLs in educational projects to expand the category in South Latam and support their development plan.

• Support and execute educational projects/ initiatives to increase knowledge and confidence in the portfolio and technology of surgical vision.

• Increase professional, clinical and technical support to the sales organization when visiting customers, as well as increasing educational support to customers. Specifically, to allow a more proactive presence at key account meetings and provide clinical expertise when required. Additionally, the Experienced Analyst would also visit and actively support the top accounts.

Support the PED strategy to shape external environment and have a strong partnering with HCC, RA and QA to ensure that PED educational projects are carried out within compliance standards.

• To understand the interaction between Sales, Distributors, Marketing and global Medical Affairs to follow the definitions of roles and responsibilities between these areas.

• To understand the professional and clinical support needed by the business.

• To understand clinical, technical and performance differences between Surgical Vision portfolio and key competitor products.

• To keep up to date with the latest research and advancements within surgical vision technology.

• To travel within South Latam (also Latin America if needed) to perform the above.

Requirements

University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent: Health Professional with background in Ophthalmology sector and surgery
Generally Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience. 
Language: English basic.

Travel time: Yes (60%).

 Work base Buenos Aires/ Argentina with travel throughout the region South Cluster
