Job Description

As a Senior Accounts Payable analyst in Vendor Management Team, you will have an opportunity to learn about the outstanding leading of procurement system Coupa and will be involved in company wide initiative to improve Nasdaq procurement process with automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier onboarding and maintenance and bank account changes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Research, analyze and resolve supplier related inquiries and provide support
  • Provide input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting, Business/Finance or equivalent
  • Few years of shown experience
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills across different cultures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of accounting or/and procurement processes and systems
  • Experience from working in shared service centers

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is 2000 - 2500 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location.
