Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health, is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Inpatient Palliative Care team. This role focuses on providing hospital-based palliative care consultations, symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and support for patients with serious or chronic illnesses.

What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient palliative care consultations
- Manage complex symptoms and pain control
- Lead goals-of-care and advance care planning discussions
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, nurses, social workers, and care teams
- Support patients and families through serious illness and care transitions
Qualifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- Strong interdisciplinary team leadership skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with home visits and community driving
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Ability to work independently while coordinating care across settings
Preferred
- Current hospital privileges or credentialing within Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Riverside, San Bernardino, Temecula Valley, or San Diego hospitals
