Team/Role Overview
The MEA Business Development Sales role is a strategic role responsible for TTS revenue growth with a primary focus on the MEP, TIK and NALA (MENAPTIK) region, directly interfacing with targeted Corporate and Public Sector prospects, Government enterprises, and Government owned entities in close partnership with BCMA and Public Sector organization regionally and globally.
What you will do:
• Define and execute public sector sales strategy for the Middle-East, North Africa, Pakistan, Turkey, Israel and Kazakhstan (MENAPTIK) region in conjunction with regional and country partners
• Develop a Client focus strategy for all key clients and sub sector targets across the Public Sector segment
• Acquire new clients and TTS flows- including but not limited to Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Education, Multi-laterals, Government owned entities etc.
• Identify cross sell opportunities with clients
• Maintain leading edge expertise of the industry and regional competitive environment.
• Collaboration with and enablement of Services and Citi Country Officers / Banking Heads by regularly engaging with them in client and strategy related initiatives
• Lead complex cash management deals end-to-end including RFP responses and client pitches, recommending innovative cash management solutions.
• Develop target list of underpenetrated names across MEA to actively focus on with a “Hunting License” for growing new cash business though unsolicited bids.
• Meet all Sales Management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs
• Lead and prepare client presentations

• Ability to interact at all levels of global, regional and local.
• Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
