Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

The DevOps Senior Engineer is responsible for:

• Ensure builds and applications are high quality before production release.

• Work with developers, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to manage code releases and improve workflows.

• Apply best practices for CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and compliance when designing and maintaining systems.

• Automate and streamline operational processes for fast, secure, and reliable releases.

• Help the DevOps Manager promote teamwork, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính

The DevOps Senior Engineer is accountable for the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevOps function within the organization. This includes:

• Implement and improve DevOps processes to support the organization’s goals.

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure deployment pipelines and infrastructure.

• Help identify and reduce risks to system availability and performance; assist with troubleshooting and incident response.

• Develop and enhance automation scripts, monitoring tools, and incident response procedures.

• Ensure all DevOps activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline workflows and support collaboration.

• Continuously improve deployment speed, lead time, and system stability by optimizing CI/CD processes.

• Research and recommend new tools and technologies to strengthen DevOps practices.

• Track and report progress and key metrics to the DevOps Manager and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Requirements

·       Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.

·       Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.

·       Hands-on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

·       Ability to script in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.

·       Understanding of security best practices and compliance in DevOps.

·       Skilled at mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in managing system reliability.

·       Good communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) are a plus.
