About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will be a vital part of the hospital’s front-line experience, ensuring exceptional service for clients while supporting smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, compassionate communication with clients
  • Check in clients for scheduled appointments and assist with scheduling
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Respond to basic client questions with accuracy and care
  • Review estimates and process financial transactions
  • Help maintain clean, organized hospital and client areas
  • Ensure client and patient confidentiality at all times
  • Meet or exceed standards for attendance, punctuality, productivity, and work quality
  • Act as an ambassador for VECC by consistently demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and empathy

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a veterinary hospital preferred
    (Candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply!)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional client care
  • Passion for lifelong learning and continuous improvement
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
8:30 AM – 7:00 PM


Compensation

$17.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
