Why This Role Matters
As a Coordinator Installation, Network & Service, Commercial, EMEA you will plan and schedule installation, de-installation, and maintenance activities as well as act as the main link between service providers and internal teams. You will coordinate daily activities with installation-capable service providers and connect with relevant stakeholders on upcoming issues – finding quick resolution
What You’ll Do
- Installation Coordination
Monitor execution, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Service Provider Management
Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and company standards.
Provide training and support on tools, systems, and processes.
- Technical Support
Oversee and support installation of TPMS, HALO, and TCU systems.
Provide basic troubleshooting and ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Systems & Operations
Ensure proper use of company systems (e.g., telematics, CRM).
Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.
Support inventory and logistics for installation equipment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with internal teams and customers to align installation plans.
Communicate effectively in the local language and English.
- Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
What We’re looking for
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Experience managing service providers or field operations
- Technical knowledge of TPMS, HALO, TCU (or similar systems) – Certification is a benefit
- Good understanding of fleet or installation operations
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and safety
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Secondary technical education (mechanical, electrical, automotive, or related field)
Compensation range: €31,220–€49,060
