As part of a cross-functional team focused on building and maintaining high-trust accounting solutions for the agriculture industry, you’ll work closely with software developers, customer care teams, and product leadership.

As a detail-oriented and technically minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced delivery environment, you’ll use your analytical mindset and curiosity to validate complex solutions against defined requirements. Your ability to ask the right questions and work closely with developers and customer-facing teams will help deliver reliable, high-quality software experiences.

If you enjoy digging into details and take pride in improving software quality through thoughtful analysis and testing, this could be the role for you.

  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure system reliability, accuracy and usability
  • Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Centre to investigate reported incidents and propose solutions
  • Support continuous quality improvement by contributing to test strategies, regression testing and process enhancements
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, providing a quality and testing perspective

What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or business administration
  • Experience in software quality assurance, testing or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases
