Responsibilities:

• Building, motivating, and developing the team through a clear, respectful, and team-oriented leadership style

• Promoting independent, goal- and results-oriented work

• Overall responsibility for the continuous improvement of goods receipt and intralogistics processes

• Systematic improvement of quality, efficiency, and process stability

• Active participation and, where applicable, sub-project management in cross-functional projects (e.g., Intralogistics 2.0)

• Close collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Planning, Procurement, IT)

• Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental protection (HSE), and quality management

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician, industrial foreman (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification

• Strong leadership skills with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of assertiveness, and empathy when interacting with employees

• Ideally, in-depth expertise in the areas of goods receiving and logistics

• Knowledge of lean management and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)

• Proficiency in using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for data-driven decision-making

• Excellent MS Office skills and strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical skills, particularly for analyzing root causes of errors and handling customer complaints
