Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Research & Consulting team in Hanoi, supporting client-facing advisory and strategic consulting assignments across Northern Vietnam. This role combines market research and consulting delivery, with strong exposure to industrial and residential sectors.

About the Role:

  • Support and deliver client-facing consulting assignments, including feasibility studies, market insights, and strategic advisory projects.

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis across key real estate sectors (residential, industrial, office, etc.).

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables, including market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather insights and support business development and pitching activities.

  • Maintain and enhance market databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of research outputs.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in research, consulting, advisory, or analytical roles especially from developer or real estate projects; fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

  • Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills; experience in real estate consulting or Big 4 is a plus.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to support client-facing discussions and presentations.

  • Proactive, commercially aware, and interested in developing a career in real estate advisory.
