We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Analyst to join our company and support our Vicente Lopez location.
As an Invoicing Analyst for Corteva Agriscience, you will be responsible for the creation, validation, financial posting, and distribution of invoices. You will also perform tasks to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
Your Challenge:
Creation, validation, financial posting and distribution of invoices
Process system data to create / validate invoices
Assist in record retention activities
Provide support as needed for audit requests
Review blocked orders and communicate with appropriate person/department to release or verify hold reason
Review aging inter-area orders that are pending invoices and follow-up with forwarder for completion date
Maintain thorough work process documentation
Run Initiator and print all to ensure that nothing is pending from the previous month
Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process development and optimization
Establish, utilize, and deploy Most Effective Technologies
Creation of Miscellanea’s, ND, NC as need it ( with no FINI stock movements)
Be update in fiscal changes to be aware in the invoice process.
Local support to invoiced.
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects aligned with business needs.
