Job Description
Head of GBS Insights & Analytics
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting to: Head of GBS Strategy and Transformation
Travel: Europe, India, Americas, APAC (as business needs)
Relocation Assistance: Eligible
At Kraft Heinz, we grow our people to grow our business, because we believe that great people make great companies. Our ability to define and deliver global solutions is a key differentiator and a value driver across all our global service centers. The core of our operating model and value proposition is our unique position enabled by process scale and capability, supporting delivery of KHC’s strategy through global efficiency and value creation.
The goal of the Head of GBS Insights & Analytics is to transition Kraft Heinz GBS from a reactive operational team to a proactive intelligence team. As we automate the "doing," you will build the capabilities for the "thinking." You will lead the strategy to embed advanced analytics into the DNA of every service line (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, ...), ensuring that our global teams move from processing data to delivering granular, predictive insights and preemptive recommendations that steer the business.
Key Responsibilities
Predictive Strategy & 3YP: Design a 3-year roadmap that (1) shifts GBS service lines from descriptive (What happened?) to predictive (What will happen?) and prescriptive (How can we avoid/optimize it?); and (2) enables GBS service lines to provide granular insights and recommendations on the transactions it owns. Functional Intelligence Design: Partner with the GCC operational teams and Global Process Leaders to identify "friction points" where predictive models (e.g., Cash Flow forecasting, Supply Chain bottleneck prediction, Attrition modeling) can prevent operational issues before they occur. Identify with these same stakeholders opportunities for providing granular insights using advanced analytics capabilities. Value Realization: Prioritize the identified opportunities and drive business benefits through the insights and recommendations that are enabled by these products and capabilities Productized Analytics: Oversee the development, in close partnership with KHC Tech, of internal products and/or platform add-ons that provide GBS teams with real-time recommendations and granular drill-downs into operational anomalies. The "Analyst-First" Upskilling Mandate: Collaborate with HR and GCC delivery leads to redefine GBS required skillsets to support this transformation. You will lead the curriculum strategy to transform operational staff into Functional Insights Experts who can interpret complex data signals.
Experience & Qualifications
- A leader who is 50% Data Scientist and 50% Management Consultant.
- Master’s degree required (MBA in finance, supply chain, or operations management preferred).
- The GBS Transformation Architect: 10+ years of experience in GBS/Shared Services. Crucially, you have moved a center up the value chain, transitioning teams from "Basic Processing" to "Advanced Centers of Excellence (CoE)."
- Advanced Analytics Specialist: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven predictive models in a corporate environment.
- The "Functional" Polymath: You understand the underlying business logic of GBS functions. You can speak to a Controller about accruals and a Supply Chain lead about safety stock with equal authority.
- Change Leader & Educator: Proven ability to drive cultural shifts. You know how to take a team comfortable with "following a SOP" and train them to "interrogate a model."
- Strategic Prioritizer: Experience managing offshore delivery centers (India/Poland/LATAM) and identifying which use cases offer the most "bang for the buck" in a complex, global matrix and driving value with quantified outcomes.
- Strong facilitation/workshop leadership, stakeholder management (senior leadership), and structured problem-solving.
- Strong program/project management leading multi-capability teams across geographies and time zones.
- FMCG experience required.
- Lean/Six Sigma/Design Thinking certification preferred (or equivalent CI leadership experience).
