About the Role
Under limited supervision, receives/ships items and maintains an inventory of materials as part of a site centralized inventory system.

What You’ll do Here

  • Responsible for maintenance of all inventory and receipt procedures for materials

  • Prepare and distribute material inventory and receipt activity reports to accounting and purchasing personnel

  • Receive materials, perform verification of order accuracy, return damaged goods and stock supplies

  • Manage the semiannual physical inventory

  • Perform cycle counts

  • Responsible for replenishment and requisition of stock items for the site

  • Responsible for the receipt, identification, dispersion, and shipment of materials and supplies

  • Maintain required chain of custody records on regulated materials

  • Prepare and monitor expected shipment reports for site

  • Identify trends and recommend/implement process changes/improvements

  • Obtain estimates of future needs from end users and develops stocking plans including setting up re-order points and maintaining appropriate inventory levels

  • Perform stock rotations and expiration audits

  • Identification and resolution of variance issues

  • Maintain movement of stock and supplies and rearrange stock to accommodate inventory movement

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years related experience

  • Basic Microsoft Office suite skills

  • English proficiency to read and interpret industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively to groups of customers or employees

  • Forklift operation training

  • Intermediate knowledge of inventory and/or purchasing terminology and process

  • Able to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Previous involvement in the implementation of inventory systems a plus

What We Offer

The hourly range estimated for this position is $19.00 - $26.00. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
