Aufgaben

• Selbständige Betreuung von Kunden im Rechnungsprozess des Debitorenmanagements inkl. Rechnungsstellung, Rechnungskorrekturen und Forderungsmanagement im nationalen und internationalen Bereich (USA, Asien)

• Beantwortung von internen und externen Anfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen, unter anderen Accounting, Tax, Sales, Customer Service

• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme, Prozess-Optimierung und Auswertungen

Anforderungen

• Herausragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2 oder Muttersprache)

• Wohnhaft in Hamburg und Umgebung

• Studium der BWL, VWL oder sonstiger (betriebs-) wirtschaftlicher bzw. kaufmännischer Hintergrund wünschenswert

• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

• Salesforce Erfahrung wünschenswert

• Zielorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Flexibilität und Teamgeist

• Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Blick für Details und Zahlen

Wir im Billing & Receivable Operations Team garantieren als Experten für Rechnungsstellung und Forderungsmanagement eine schnelle und korrekte Rechnungsabwicklung für alle Statista Gesellschaften weltweit. Durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Sales, Accounting, Tax und Controlling optimieren wir den Zahlungsprozess, bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und sichern so die Liquidität des Unternehmens. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir in zahlreichen Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse und sind stets im engen Austausch mit unseren Tech-Teams.
