Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our camp brand partners and our software ecosystem. As a proactive and organized Network Relationship Specialist, your mission is to ensure that camp providers are successfully integrated into our platform, maintain healthy long-term partnerships, and resolve complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You’ll act as a dedicated advocate for our partners, ensuring their services are accurately represented while influencing our product roadmap to better meet the needs of the childcare industry.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Provide Strategic Support: Act as the dedicated point of contact (POC) for camp brands, helping them optimize their presence on our platform and meet shared goals.
- Lead Implementation Management: Oversee the technical onboarding of network providers, ensuring their services are accurately and efficiently integrated into our CSR and Salesforce systems.
- Resolve Escalations: Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns, communicating feedback to the partner network in a timely manner and collaborating on long-term strategy to ensure quality.
- Advocate for Product Evolution: Collect partner feedback and data to influence our product roadmap, ensuring our systems evolve to meet the specific needs of the childcare industry.
- Drive Retention & Growth: Monitor partner “health” metrics and proactively engage with brands to prevent attrition and identify opportunities for expanded collaboration.
- Manage Partner Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end relationship for camp brand partners, ensuring they feel supported and empowered within the Care.com ecosystem.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or high-level Customer Service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and successfully articulate Care’s needs to partners regarding fulfillment, compliance, and CSAT.
- Expert Problem Solving: Strong de-escalation skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort navigating new systems, APIs, or reporting tools to ensure seamless technical integration.
- Exceptional Organization: A background in project management with the ability to juggle multiple brand launches simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Proactive Mindset: You are someone who loves "figuring things out" and feels energized by turning a frustrated partner into a brand advocate.

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
