ION Markets Programme Manager (APAC)

This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a geographically distributed team, foster a culture of accountability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting time to join ION where you will be joining an existing team with ample opportunity to make your mark.  With experience in the hosted infrastructure space (network/systems/databases/private cloud), you will be responsible for ensuring the operational processes and resources required to provide the highest level of availability and support for our clients production trading systems remain consistent and aligned to global operations standards..

The successful candidate will have a track record in managing operations teams in mission critical production environments coupled with an deep knowledge of  technologies, standards, and industry guidelines as they apply to the hosted infrastructure space.

Operating a critical service the successful candidate will be directly responsible for day to day activities of the platform team with key involvement in managing resources delivering time sensitive workstreams in an ITIL based environment (incident, change, problem management). Essential will be a can do attitude which will see the successful candidate responsible for support of our global clients production trading environments.
