We are looking for a Fleet Management Specialist to join our global Corporate Travel team. You will be accountable for car fleet operations across multiple countries and regions, acting as the main point of contact for our drivers and stakeholders by providing service execution, guidance, governance, and ongoing support. Meet your Team
The Corporate Travel Team is a six‑person team based in Warsaw, operating in a global setup. One team member focuses on travel management, while the rest of the team is responsible for car fleet operations across multiple countries. What we value is open dialogue, transparency, and initiative.
Your responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of the car fleet across countries
- Ordering company cars based on approved Business Unit requests and managing leasing contracts and calculations
- Acting as the main contact point for users, leasing partners, insurance companies, and suppliers
- Coordinating contract expirations, vehicle returns, inspections, fines, and cost center changes
- Managing fleet reporting, expenses, performance tracking, and cross‑country reporting tools
- Monitoring fuel usage and administering fuel cards
- Supporting forecasting and availability of vehicles based on trends and demand
- Participating in industry workshops and projects to stay up to date with market trends
- Supporting the team leader during peak workload or absence
- Handling day‑to‑day governance, client and supplier relationship management, including escalations
What you will bring into the organization:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in car fleet management in corporate client service
- Higher education
- Good understanding of the car fleet management process
- Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel especially)
- Very good knowledge of English (min. C1 level)
- Advanced knowledge of office 365 tools, especially Excel
- Ownership of tasks and projects
- Good communication skills and high customer focus
- Professional mindset and problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Nice to have: French, though not required
