Labor Relations Manager - Columbia, Westchester, Corporate Office
In this role, under the guidance of the Director of Labor & Employee Relations, you will provide consultation on grievances, initiates and maintain satisfactory relations between the respective union leaders and management. You'll supports contract negotiations, labor agreements, and draft applicable documentation. In addition, manage grievance procedures, and administer labor/management relations.
This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at one of the following locations: Columbia, Westchester, Corporate Office and the ability to work 1 day remotely.
Preferred Criteria
Master's in a related field
Project Management experience
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
6 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on Labor Relations
In-depth knowledge of labor relations and working knowledge of contractual obligations and implementation
Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication and demonstrated an aptitude for labor-related problem-solving policy setting
