The Assistant Program Manager, Talent Delivery plays a critical role on the Marketplace Provider team by serving as the engine behind buyer talent strategies. While the buyer-facing Field Nation Program Managers design the vision, this role focuses on the internal execution, scalability, and optimization of talent delivery programs. By acting as a central coordinator, this position ensures that the talent pools and service territories are built and vetted with engaged providers ready to meet the complex needs of our enterprise buyers.
