The Human Resource Director partners closely with Operations leadership to provide people related consultation and services for assigned client group(s).  Identifies and implements people solutions to support Crestwood’s mission and objectives. The Human Resource Director is responsible for developing and leading one or more HR Centers of Excellence. Reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. Up to 50% In-State Travel.

This will be a Hybrid Position - (Remote with occasional onsite meetings or campus visits)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or equivalent experience) or related field.  Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources
  3. SPHR certification preferred
  4. 5+ years’ experience in building management and leadership development programs.   
  5. 2+ years of organizational development experience
  6. Leadership training program certification(s) preferred

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$145,000$170,000 USD
