We are seeking a motivated Tax Technology Automation Specialist to support Aprio's digital transformation within our tax practice. In this role, you will act as a key connector — bridging the gap between tax professionals, firm leadership, and technology — to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver practical automation and reporting solutions that drive efficiency across the firm.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and a working knowledge of tax firm workflows, time and billing data, and generative AI platforms. You do not need to be a developer — but you do need to be curious, organized, and fluent in the language of both tax and technology.
