Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of associates
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and insights in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Planning & Forecasting reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for assigned regions/business units
- Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver variance analysis, trend reports, and business commentary to global stakeholders
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights
- Collaborate with finance teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Act as a finance liaison between the GBS and corporate finance teams
- Drive standardization and automation of FP&A processes across geographies
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements
- Support SOX compliance and other regulatory reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in a GBS/GCC or shared services environment is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams
- Exposure to global finance operations and multi-country reporting
- Experience with transition/migration of FP&A processes into GBS/GCC
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact

- Must be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones
- Hybrid model 3 days in a week Working from office
