- Du berätst Kunden sowohl an der Verkaufstheke als auch am Telefon
- Du verkaufst KFZ-Zubehör und Ersatzteile
- Du kümmerst dich um die Teile-Identifikation und Auftragsabwicklung
- Du bearbeitest und klärst Reklamationsanliegen
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung idealerweise im KFZ-Handwerk
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem entsprechenden Tätigkeitsfeld, Erfahrungen in der Kraftfahrzeugteilehandelsbranche sind wünschenswert
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Du bist flexibel, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
