Senior Business Execution Consultant - Service Now & HR AI Techno Functional Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Service Now & HR AI Techno Functional Consultant.

In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Hands-on experience in Service Now Configuration module
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core concepts and integrations with HR Processes
• Proficiency in configuring Talent and Performance processes including templates, calibration, business process flows, and security
• Experience in handling ServiceNow releases, testing and tenant management
• Good understanding of organizational ServiceNow strategies and how they translate into system configurations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Expectations:

• Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Service Now and HR AI associated processes
• Configure ServiceNow modules
• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow functionality – design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices
• Develop and execute test cases for system validation and user acceptance
• Support change requests, enhancement design, and periodic updates/releases of ServiceNow functionality
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
• Optimize ServiceNow Reporting functionalities such as Feedback, Case Management, and User statistics
• Support reporting and analytics needs related to HR Processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration
• Participate in Service Now forums and knowledge-sharing to stay updated with the latest capabilities
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process alignment across modules
• Enabling data‑driven decision‑making through self‑service insights
• Sharing HR Virtual Assistant and HR portal metrics with HR leadership to track adoption trends and friction points
• Conducting periodic VA feedback reviews to continuously improve experience quality
