NVIDIA is seeking an expert OEM Enterprise Manager. This person should have a proven track record of driving growth across the OEM ecosystem in Southern Europe. The focus will be mainly on Spain, Italy, and Portugal. This role requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive leadership, Alliances & OEM teams, channel organizations, marketing, solution architects, and in-country sales teams to accelerate regional revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive enterprise business growth throughout the Southern European region, including enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.

  • Work closely with OEMs to lead funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Engage and lead enterprise and distribution groups within partner organizations, implementing strategic programs in collaboration with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.

  • Partner with NVIDIA global OEM and distribution groups to align and complete worldwide initiatives within the region.

  • Enable OEM enterprise teams to optimally position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.

  • Develop and complete go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s key initiatives and OEM priorities across the enterprise portfolio, including both hardware and software solutions.

  • Collaborate across the broader ecosystem by connecting OEMs, channel partners, and NVIDIA internal collaborators to strengthen execution and business outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, business reporting, and pipeline transparency throughout the area.

  • Travel across Southern Europe as required, encouraged to exceed 30% of the time.

  • Report into the Alliances & OEMs EMEA organization while partnering closely with regional NVIDIA sales and channel teams.

What we need to see

  • 5+ years of enterprise OEM business development and partner network experience within the IT industry, ideally across multiple countries in Southern Europe, with a strong focus on Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

  • Proven success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution within OEM environments.

  • Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem, build positive relationships, and position NVIDIA enterprise solutions effectively throughout the territory region.

  • Ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic priorities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge effectively across technical and business audiences.

  • Self-motivated, execution-focused, and highly collaborative, with strong energy and passion for the business.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, international business, or a related field; technical or computer science background is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English; additional Southern European languages are an advantage.
