Your role and responsibilities

In this role, we are seeking a dynamic sales professional with a passion for design and technology to promote our products to architects, interior designers, and specifiers. The ideal candidate will influence material, color, and design choices while also showcasing advanced functionalities such as smart home integration, energy efficiency, and connected living solutions to ensure our products are specified in residential building projects. 

The work model for the role is: {onsite}  

This role is contributing to the {Electrification} in {UAE}.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Drive short- and long-term growth in sales volumes and market recognition. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, technology consultants and end clients. 

• Present product solutions emphasizing aesthetic appeal and technological benefits (e.g., smart home features, automation, energy management). 

• Conduct product demonstrations, sample presentations, and live technology showcases. 

• Influence specifications during the early design phase to secure inclusion in project plans. 

• Organize educational sessions (lunch & learns, seminars) for design and technology firms. 

• Collaborate with design teams to deliver solutions that meet aesthetic, technical, and commercial needs. 

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems. 

• Monitor project pipelines from concept to completion to ensure product specification and installation. 

• Stay informed on design trends, smart home innovations, and market developments. 

 

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field (preferred). 

• Proven sales experience in building materials, smart home technology, or related industry. 

• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and smart home ecosystems. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, hotel operators, technology consultants, end clients will be an advantage. 

• Knowledge of IoT, home and building automation systems, energy-efficient technologies is a plus. 

• Negotiation and influencing skills. 

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Language skills: Fluency in English, Arabic along with any other European languages will be preferred
