As an Inbound Growth Specialist (iGS), you are the first human touchpoint for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free Klaviyo accounts. You provide fast, high‑quality first interactions with Klaviyo’s smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase.

This team sits within the Marketing organization as part of the Growth motion and partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success. The primary goal of this role is to acquire as many high‑quality new logos as possible while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

You will:

  • Field inbound demand (demos, trials, free accounts, and product inquiries) via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Run consultative, decision‑driven demos focused on one‑call closes whenever possible for smaller opportunities.
  • Do targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit.
  • Qualify in or out efficiently, so you know where to double‑down and where to quickly move on.
  • Own and work a high‑velocity pipeline, using strong prioritization and time management to maximize new logo acquisition.

This role is a proven stepping stone into Account Executive and other closing roles in sales, while also opening doors into other go-to-market paths such as customer success, marketing, enablement, or operations.

  • Contribute to broader Growth team goals across free-to-paid conversion, logo count, ADS, and other core growth metrics
  • Navigate a high volume of incoming product and sales related inquiries via phone and email
  • Consult with customers to advise and design solutions based on ecommerce best practices and optimal utilization of Klaviyo’s platform to drive customer value
  • Conduct consultative qualification of prospects, and provide demonstrations of the platform
  • Identify and deliver best next steps and/or resources to persuade prospects to purchase and/or activate subscriptions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with marketing and sales management to improve our overall customer experience, including creating a structured feedback loop on product, web experience, onboarding experience, and other key customer touchpoints
  • Demonstrate substantive knowledge of e-commerce, SMS and email marketing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
