Key Responsibilities：

-Project Management

• Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ → PPAP → mass production. Need to follow up sample validation, trial production, mass production transfer, etc.
• Make and drive project timeline, milestone plan, track progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Manage supplier project coordination, communicate delivery, quality, cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers.

-Engineering Collaboration

• Understand mechanical drawings, GD&T, BOM, manufacturing feasibility
• Collaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams

-Supplier Management

• Work with machining, stamping, die‑casting, injection molding suppliers
• Evaluate supplier capability and capacity
• Support supplier root‑cause analysis and improvement actions

-Cost / Quality / Delivery

• Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)
• Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation
• Monitor material availability and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Technical Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
• 3–7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
• Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes:
  • CNC machining
  • Stamping
  • Die casting
  • Injection molding
  • Surface treatments

-Project Management Skills

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Risk management and mitigation

-Soft Skills

• Strong communication
• Stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

-Language Requirement

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to communicate with global customers, overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently
• Can conduct English meetings, write English project reports, emails and meeting minutes
