This position will require an in office arrangement and is not full virtual.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Load and validate supplemental pay request
•Perform research on demand
•Customer Service
•Sector POC support
•Resolve audit findings each payroll process
•Respond to inquiries from customers regarding deductions, calculations and changes in compensation within SLA
•Basic Ad hoc query request
•Assisted with creating scenario-based audit reports
- Load and validate supplemental pay request
Required Qualifications -
- High school diploma & 1 years of related education, i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
- Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
- Knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
- Experience performing basic payroll calculations
- Experience operating a personal computer including standard software and some specialized accounting software
- 1 year of experience involving extensive payroll duties
- Fundamentals of Payroll Certification [1 year completion requirement following hire. ]
Preferred Qualifications -
- SAP experience
- Prior experience working in a shared service or center of excellence environment
