Job Description & Summary
As a Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business challenges across the full project cycle – from diagnostics of finance processes to the design and implementation support of automation solutions.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a key member of cross-functional internal and client teams, delivering finance transformation projects covering budgeting, cost/separate cost accounting, management reporting, and related policies and procedures
- Perform diagnostics of clients’ finance functions and FP&A processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and develop practical recommendations and target FP&A models
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for finance automation solutions (ERP/EPM/BI), and support their implementation
- Advise clients on finance-related matters and design solutions that address complex challenges
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including CFOs and finance leadership, consistently delivering high-quality client service
- Manage, coach and review the work of junior team members on engagements, and actively mentor Consultants in the FP&A team
- Stay abreast of regional and global economic and business trends, with a particular focus on developments in Finance and their impact on our clients
- Actively contribute to business development, including market research, preparation of proposals and development of thought leadership materials
Education Level:
- Bachelor / master’s degree from a leading university (Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Economics, Accounting or IT degree)
- Professional qualification (ACCA, SAP, 1C etc.) is an advantage
- Professional certification related to ERP/EPM solutions is an advantage
- Experience, knowledge, skills
- Strong focus on personal & professional growth and development
- A good understanding of at least one of the following:
- Finance Technology Transformation
- Budgeting
- Finance modelling
- Cost/Separate cost accounting
- Accounting advisory
- Client-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external teams in demanding environments
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced user of the following programs Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
- Passionate about innovation in Finance (BI, EPM, RPA, AI, etc.) as an advantage
