About the role

Job Description:

Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Join us as a Supply Planner and play a key role in optimizing inventory, ensuring product availability, and driving continuous improvement across a complex European supply network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in end-to-end supply chain operations and planning processes. In this role, you’ll gain deep knowledge of supply planning and have the chance to grow into areas such as demand planning, physical logistics, or project management.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Drive supply performance in the market by maintaining optimal finished goods inventory levels to maximize customer service and minimize inventory value and write-offs.

  • Communicate stock status, supply risks, and mitigation options to all stakeholders during S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) meetings, highlighting the business impact of oversales and the inventory health risk of undersales.

  • Deliver reporting and analytics by using Power BI tools developed for planning functions and creating reports that support business decisions from a supply planning perspective.

  • Represent Supply in market activities such as short- and mid-term demand changes, portfolio renovations, and promotional action executions.

  • Focus on personal development and continuous improvement by driving enhancements in both processes and reporting/analytics.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree-level education and fluency in English.

  • Strong business understanding with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.

  • Analytical, digitally savvy, and knowledgeable about end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across teams.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Contract of employment.

  • Attractive financial conditions with Business Bonus.

  • Meal allowance.

  • Support in career building through personalized development plans.

  • Possibility to participate in volunteering initiatives during working hours.

  • A modern and pet friendly office.
