Job Description

What began over 30 years ago with our work in computer graphics has evolved to address some of the most important technological trends the world has ever seen. From gaming to AI and from self-driving cars to supercomputers, we approach all of our work and exploration with a common philosophy: focus on the hardest problems that only we can solve. We’re enabling the most demanding computer users in the world — scientists, designers, artists, and gamers — to do their life’s work. Our computers let them create and see the future. To them, NVIDIA has built a time machine. At NVIDIA, we work, think and learn as a team. We thrive in an environment that’s like no place you’ve ever worked, and we're motivated by a culture that demands innovation and the highest standards. The rewards are sweet, and include collaborating with some of the brightest people in the industry and the opportunity to work on products that are reinventing the way people work and play.

The Creative Resourcing team’s mission is to connect the right talent with the right creative projects—efficiently and effectively—so the business achieves its marketing goals while delivering high-quality work on time, while also balancing business priorities with supporting creative growth and cultivating an environment where creativity thrives. The Creative Resourcing Program Manager will oversee and optimize the allocation of the Israel team’s creative talent and resources across multiple projects and time zones, requiring a strong problem solver with excellent project management capabilities, strong English and Hebrew interpersonal skills, and deep insight into the creative process; high-level proficiency in Workfront or similar tools is preferred, and in the AI era this role will also actively lead the development of new, efficient workflows using AI and automated tools and processes.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Manage daily creative resourcing, assigning designers, writers, and other talent based on skills, availability, and project needs.

  • Partner with HQ and global stakeholders to align on project intake, staffing needs, and resourcing strategies.

  • Create and oversee daily and weekly plans for the local creative team, adjusting assignments as scope or capacity shifts.

  • Facilitate discussions to resolve resource conflicts and balance competing priorities across projects.

  • Use Workfront to track resources, generate reports, and support efficient project management.

  • Align creative capacity, budgets, and priorities with broader business objectives and finance partners.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements, including simple automation tools (e.g., vibe coding).

  • Analyze operational data and collaborate across teams to generate insights that improve creative operations.

What we need to see:

  • B.sc/BA or equivalent experience required.

  • 8+ years of experience in resource management, program management, or strategic operations, preferably in creative, marketing, or production environments.

  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the creative process and roles.

  • Familiar with core creative deliverables such as key visuals, email, print, social, video, motion graphics, banners, and websites.

  • Proficient in Workfront or similar project management tools.

  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining effective processes.

  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on possibilities rather than obstacles. Independent problem solver who can thrive with minimal supervision.

  • Skilled at driving change management and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.

  • Curious and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, including basic vibe coding, to improve workflows.

  • Able to analyze operational data to generate insights and support better decision-making
