THE TEAM

The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Food & beverage program to Aritzia employees & guests. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Procurement will play a pivotal role in acquiring the highest quality product and goods and delivering meals across our office network. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Procurement, you will:

• Source the highest quality food, beverages, packaging, supplies, and equipment to keep our Food & Beverage operations running smoothly.
• Help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time through effective inventory management, organization, and storage.
• Build strong relationships with vendor partners to deliver exceptional service, quality, and value.
• Support smart purchasing decisions that balance quality, cost, and operational needs.
• Contribute to the seamless operation of our Food & Beverage spaces by maintaining equipment, supplies, and back-of-house readiness.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Procurement, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
