About the role
The work:
As a Salesforce Mid-Level Developer, you will design, build, and optimize solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. Your daily responsibilities include developing custom business logic using Apex, creating and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality features. You will troubleshoot technical issues, implement enhancements, and ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices and organizational standards. Your work will play a key role in improving sales processes, impacting both user experience and business performance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
- Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Apex code
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for enhanced user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and recommend improvements
Here’s What You Need
- Hands-on experience developing with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Strong experience building, customizing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Practical experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including integration with external systems
- Experience optimizing UI performance and tailoring user experiences within Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and design patterns

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
