Procurement Operations Specialist – External Manufacturing (3PM)

Overview
Join a dynamic Procurement Operations team where you will play a key role in supporting External Manufacturing (EM) activities across Europe. This role focuses on delivering value through pricing accuracy, cost transparency, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.
You’ll contribute to key business priorities including service excellence, cost savings, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
About the Role
As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will manage critical processes such as pricing execution, cost card (CC) management, and Product Instruction Handbook (PIH) coordination. You will collaborate cross-functionally and interact with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
About the Team / Department
You will be part of the External Manufacturing Procurement Operations team in Europe, working closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams. This is a highly collaborative and international environment with strong exposure to global processes and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Pricing Management
- Execute global pricing processes, ensuring data is updated accurately and on time
- Maintain pricing compliance and support internal audits
- Manage pricing uploads and supplier data systems
Cost Card (CC) Management
- Own the end-to-end cost card process, including data consolidation (materials, labor, scrap rates)
- Create and validate cost cards with contract manufacturers (3PMs)
- Maintain accurate cost data in SAP for finished goods
- Support quarterly updates and ad hoc projects (e.g. new products, portfolio changes)
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and data integrity
PIH (Product Instruction Handbook) Coordination
- Coordinate full PIH lifecycle from request intake to external approval
- Partner with global shared services and cross-functional teams
- Ensure documentation completeness and compliance
- Manage communication with external manufacturing partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and R&D
- Build strong relationships with external manufacturing partners
Experience You’ll Bring
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or similar roles
- Strong Excel skills (handling large datasets)
- Experience with SAP or willingness to learn
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)

- You must be legally eligible to work in the country
- This role isn't eligible for international relocation
The expected gross salary range for this position is between 33.210,00 EUR - 41.510,00 EUR. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
