Responsável em realizar atendimento ativo via telefone e chat aos estabelecimentos credenciados com a Ticket Log do segmento de manutenção, dando suporte na utilização da nossa plataforma, conforme solicitação dos clientes LOCADORAS. Com isso, é responsável também pelas tratativas e retornos diretamente aos clientes, resolvendo problemas gerais.
Atividade:
- Contato receptivo (cliente) e ativo (rede) via telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp;
- Atuação em protocolos administrativos, suporte, e/ou análises demandadas pelos clientes;
- Resolução de problemas e negociação com a rede para liberação de bloqueios de atendimento;
- Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos;
Pré requisitos:
- Ensino Médio Completo (superior em andamento é um diferencial);
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Ter resiliência, empatia e pró atividade;
- Gostar de trabalhar em equipe;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
Local de trabalho: Presencialmente em Campo Bom/RS
