Liderar el laboratorio de aplicaciones, desarrollando formulaciones, ejecutando pruebas técnicas y entregando soluciones de valor a clientes mediante reportes técnicos, capacitaciones y demostraciones.

Responsabilidades

Desarrollar y ejecutar pruebas de laboratorio en recubrimientos, pinturas y aplicaciones en construcción
Formular, ajustar y optimizar productos de acuerdo con requerimientos técnicos y de desempeño
Elaborar reportes técnicos (Technical Service Reports) como entregable principal
Brindar soporte técnico a clientes (troubleshooting y resolución de problemas en aplicación de productos)
Participar en capacitaciones técnicas, entrenamientos y Customer Days en laboratorio
Coordinar y asegurar la operación del laboratorio:
- mantenimiento y calibración de equipos
- orden y control de materiales
Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad en laboratorio, especialmente durante pruebas y visitas

Perfil requerido

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química, Materiales o afín
Experiencia en laboratorios de desarrollo (no solo calidad) 2 años.
Experiencia en formulación y desarrollo de productos, idealmente en:
- pinturas / recubrimientos (indispensable)
- construcción o adhesivos (deseable)
Conocimiento de pruebas técnicas y evaluación de materiales
Deseable experiencia en interacción con clientes o soporte técnico comercial
Experiencia elaborando reportes técnicos estructurados
