This position reports to:

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This role is contributing to the EL smart power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1.制作并维护生产标准化文件（质量/5S巡检、早会机制、组长培养等）
2.推动AI办公提效（排班/文件表格模板/知识库/自动整理等，遵守数据保密要求）
3.协助安排部门活动与会议支持（纪要、行动项跟踪、资料归档）

Qualifications for the role

工科本科或硕士在校生，可实习4-6个月
具有较强的办公软件应用能力，会使用Power BI/Power Automate软件以及AI工具。
逻辑思维强,具有较强的表达能力
沟通协调好，细心负责，能适应现场节奏；
