Position Summary
This role is responsible for developing CVS Health Construction & Prop Admin consolidated data/reporting team strategy in close collaboration with the department leadership team and other business unit-aligned peers. The position will play a key role in helping to define, articulate, identify sources, and maintain the integrated value of the department’s reporting assets including building and creating department-wide Data Lake. Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to provide updates, drive decision-making, and ensure slotting/prioritization of the team resources as well as address potential data gaps/opportunities.

Support the enterprise strategic planning process for the consolidated reporting team and slot/prioritize the use of dedicated IT hours/budget for RDP integration/automation opportunities. Articulate, communicate, create, and maintain the senior leader updates and dashboard strategy for department leadership, with excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence.
Oversee development of business cases for high potential reporting needs, artificial intelligence, quantitative/qualitative evaluation, and work with Retail and enterprise partners to make investment case to executive leadership for partnership with IT teams.

Partner with Data and Technology Teams to ensure data integrity, look for opportunities to create reportable data points and modernize integrations.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to lead a team, proficient in Microsoft suite of tools, including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Tableau, Smartsheet's, and other reporting software. Must have a strong understanding of Real Estate and Construction with ability to analyze and visualize data. Manage multiple reporting projects at once, and keeping team and project on time and budget.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
