La vice-présidente ou le vice-président, Services corporatifs, joue un rôle stratégique clé au sein du Collège en contribuant activement à sa performance globale, à sa transformation et à sa viabilité à long terme. Membre de la haute direction, la personne titulaire participe à la prise de décisions organisationnelles majeures et agit à titre de partenaire stratégique auprès de la présidence. Elle assure le leadership, la planification et la gestion intégrée des services corporatifs, incluant les technologies de l’information, la gestion de l’intelligence artificielle, la gestion des systèmes de services (GSS), les ressources financières et les ressources physiques.
Responsabilités :
Leadership stratégique et gouvernance
- Contribuer aux orientations stratégiques du Collège et à la prise de décisions organisationnelles majeures, tout en assurant une vigie des enjeux pouvant influencer sa performance et sa viabilité.
Gestion intégrée des services corporatifs
- Assurer la planification, l’organisation et l’optimisation des services sous sa responsabilité (technologies de l’information, GSS, ressources financières et ressources physiques), en alignement avec les priorités institutionnelles.
Gestion financière et performance organisationnelle
- Superviser la planification budgétaire, l’analyse financière et la reddition de comptes, tout en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des ressources et l’optimisation des revenus.
Infrastructures, technologies et transformation numérique
- Diriger les stratégies liées aux infrastructures et aux technologies, incluant la transformation numérique, l’évolution des systèmes et la gestion des risques en matière de cybersécurité.
Gestion des risques et conformité
- Assurer la mise en place de pratiques efficaces de gestion des risques et veiller au respect des exigences légales, réglementaires et organisationnelles.
Gestion des projets d’intelligence artificielle
- Assurer la gouvernance institutionnelle des données, des systèmes d’information et de l’intelligence artificielle, incluant les cadres éthiques, réglementaires et décisionnels.
Leadership et mobilisation des équipes
- Diriger, mobiliser et développer les équipes de gestion, en favorisant une culture de collaboration, d’innovation et d’amélioration continue.
Exigences :
- Diplôme de deuxième cycle (maîtrise) dans un domaine pertinent tel que l’éducation, l’administration, la comptabilité ou toute autre discipline connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
- Minimum de treize (13) années d’expérience progressive, dont une expérience significative dans un rôle de gestion stratégique ou de direction.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit);

The Vice-President, Corporate Services, plays a key strategic role within the College and actively contributes to its overall performance, transformation, and long-term sustainability. As a member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate contributes to major organizational decisions and serves as a strategic partner to the President. The successful candidate provides leadership, planning, and integrated oversight of corporate services, including information technology, artificial intelligence management, service system management (SSM), financial resources, and physical assets.
Responsabilities :
Strategic leadership and governance
- Contribute to the College’s strategic direction and major organizational decisions, while maintaining awareness of issues that may affect its performance and long-term sustainability
Integrated management of corporate services
- Lead the planning, organization, and optimization of the services within their portfolio, including information technology, SSM, financial resources, and physical assets, in keeping with institutional priorities.
Financial management and organizational performance
- Oversee budget planning, financial analysis, and reporting, while ensuring sound resource management and revenue optimization
Infrastructure, technology, and digital transformation
- Lead strategies related to infrastructure and technology, including digital transformation, systems evolution, and cybersecurity risk management
Risk management and compliance
- Ensure effective risk management practices are in place and oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements
Management of artificial intelligence projects
- Oversee the institutional governance of data, information systems, and artificial intelligence, including ethical, regulatory, and decision-making frameworks
Team leadership and engagement
- Lead, engage, and develop management teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in education, administration, accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of thirteen (13) years of progressive experience, including significant experience in strategic management or a senior leadership role
- Proficiency in French and English (oral and written);
