  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry standards and specifications for magnetic calibration.

  • Collaborate closely with Design teams, Customers, and Allegro MicroSystems counterparts, as well as Department Heads, Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, and Operators across various internal teams.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the Global MPE team by performing other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments, including:

    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)

    • Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

    • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

    • Process Capability Analysis

  • Proficiency in Lean Basic principles and 5S methodology.

  • Experience with Design of Experiment (DOE) and 8D Problem Solving.

  • Understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and IATF Awareness.

  • Ability to monitor and analyze the progress and status of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Who You Are:

  • A natural team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
