Product specialist

1. Industrialization

Lead new product launch, including back & front-end sides, on time, on quality, on cost, realize new product SR target:

• Preparation for mass production, incl. 0-series process and reviews, validate full cost status, G5 checklist (local practice)
• Sourcing supports including initial sample process follow up with SCM, safety stock suggestions
• Technical support and tendering working environment preparation, incl. configurators preparation
• Drive new products SR target, TSA supports

Cost management autonomously

• Cost monitoring tools developments and regular monitoring, Cost benchmark cross factories/PLs/competitors. Identify, initiate and drive product saving projects
• Develop cost effective offering for typical application

Inside support

• Support SCM for sourcing risk mitigation plan
• Support QC for complex quality cases

Supports to product promotion

• Technical support tools development and proactive sharing to TS/FES: PPT, video, datasheet, FAQ, fighting guide, technical training, etc
• Marcom support including exhibition prototype, newsletters, declaration letters preparation

Large project support

• Big & Frame projects bidding support with technical influence, future optimization, cost/profit analysis
• GB/DL/NB etc standards influences
• TSA/ORRD/Homologation/Factory certification prior to tendering

Support GPMs and R&D for:

• Portfolio Pruning or Product gap analysis (to Market needs)
• Feasibility study for new products
• Portfolio optimization ideas
• DFX concepts knowledge
• Design validation

Supports to product life cycle management..

• Solution switching or old product phase out projects
• incl. alternative solution preparation, Pipeline/OBL switching plan, key customer influence etc.

• Configurator MGT for new product onboard, mature product upgrade, legacy product LCM, price maintenance, … (e-config, E2E, …) Portfolio Pruning or Product gap analysis (to Market needs)

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in indoor & outdoor MV circuit breaker, contactor, and digital solution or related fields, ＞3 year experience is preferred
• Deep understanding of Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker technologies, applications, and power distribution
• Familiarity with MV circuit breaker ratings, protection devices, relay systems, and digital monitoring solutions
• Knowledge of smart grid technologies, digital substations

• Strong communication and analytical thinking and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills
• Continuous learning mindset and technical curiosity
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
• Fluent in English written and verbal
