• Job Overview:
As an F&A Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the company's financial statements, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and liquidity, to understand the current financial situation. You will develop financial models and conduct economic research to identify trends that impact the business.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and Preparation of Financial Reports: Collect, analyze, and present financial data to support decision-making, including performance reporting, budget variance analysis, and financial projections.
  • Support in Financial Closings: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, including account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
  • Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process supplier invoices, manage payments, and monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure efficient cash flow.

• Hard Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for financial and accounting data management.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial statement analysis, and basic financial concepts.

• Soft Skills:

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Ability to work meticulously with numerical data, identifying errors and ensuring report accuracy.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions to financial challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and interactive presentations.
  • Relevant certifications like CFA Level I or CPA in progress, demonstrating professional commitment.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or databases for extracting and manipulating large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in a second language, especially English, given the global business environment and financial documentation.
